1. The service
NisaStack provides a utility API, related tooling, account management, and documentation for automation builders and software teams.
Features may be changed, improved, suspended, or discontinued at any time unless otherwise stated in writing. Availability, uptime, and continued support for any specific feature are not guaranteed unless expressly promised.
2. Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account, API keys, and organization access secure.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account or API token.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date where it matters for billing, access, or compliance.
3. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or disruptive activity. This includes attempting to bypass rate limits, quotas, authentication, or other technical protections; uploading malware, phishing content, unlawful content, or content you do not have the right to use; and scraping, reverse engineering, probing, or interfering with the service outside normal use.
4. Billing and refunds
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Full card details are not stored on the service servers.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled. Taxes may apply depending on location and the applicable rules at checkout.
Refunds are handled according to any refund promise stated on the site. Otherwise, refunds are issued only where required by law or at discretion.
5. Third-party services
The service depends on third-party providers, including Railway, Resend, Stripe, and Google Analytics. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.
Outages, changes, or failures caused by third-party providers are not controlled by the service owner.
6. Customer content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of your content, data, and workflows. A limited right is granted to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to run the service.
When a feature creates files, those files may be stored in Cloudflare R2 and deleted according to the selected expiration or the tool's configured retention period.
The service, software, branding, and documentation are owned by the service owner, excluding your data and any third-party materials.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Use is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, there is no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the lesser of USD 100 or the fees paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless the law requires a different limit.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if the service is being misused, if required for security or legal reasons, or if the account is in breach of these terms.
Use of the service may be stopped at any time, and accounts or subscriptions may be canceled through the app or by contacting support.
